The Caves of No Return

Some labyrinths are made of stone. Others, of lies.

When Lyra vanishes into the Caves of No Return, Darien plunges after her with his friends and the one certainty he has left: his father was a hero who fell at the Barrier. But in the depths of the mountain, where something hungry hunts in the darkness and an old hermit guards relics from an impossible world, that certainty begins to crumble.

A mysterious stranger tells him a different story about his father, one of cowardice and betrayal. Now Darien finds himself trapped in two labyrinths: one of twisting tunnels ready to swallow him whole, the other of conflicting truths that threaten to destroy him.

In both, every step could be his last. In both, the only way out is through.
